Next, after lunch you will visit the exhilarating Crazy Monkey Canopy Tour. This is an opportunity to see the jungle from another perspective and surely you will have the chance to watch some wildlife from above and your guide can tell you about the different species that might appear, but even more amazing it will be to see the Natura Park with a Bri-Bri Indian Village from above. Experience the jungle from the treetops and finish this canopy experience in the golden sand at the beach.

4TH DAY • ALMONDS TENT CAMP/SARAPIQUI
After breakfast, time to explore the area before we depart on our 4 hour drive to the rich tropical lowlands of Sarapiqui, stopping for a hearty lunch en route. 5TH DAY • SARAPIQUI RIVER RAFTING
After breakfast morning at leisure. This afternoon head off with your white water rafting guide to the put in point where our rafting adventure begins. Flowing freely from two Costa Rican volcanic national parks and running alongside primary rainforest, the Sarapiqui is one of the most pristine and cleanest rivers in Costa Rica . An excellent choice for beginners to experts, this river offers 3 different sections and today's trip will focus on the intermediate class III white water rafting run. You will be thoroughly instructed in safety procedures and paddling techniques by an expert U.S. trained professional river guide. The equipment you will be using is the best obtained anywhere and is approved for this purpose by the U.S. Coast Guard. Overnight Sueño Azul or La Quinta. Meals B

6TH DAY • AERIAL TRAM/SAN JOSE
After breakfast, we depart for a visit to the famous rainforest Aerial Tram installation.
Upon arrival at this private reserve, proceed to the visitor's center for a briefing on the project, canopy exploration and construction of the tram. A short nature walk will bring us to the tram. The well-surfaced trails provide a preview of the canopy you experience on the tram. The lower, outbound leg of the tram journey skims over hilltops and introduces the sub-canopy, a dark world of overburdened limbs dripping with mosses, ferns, and orchids. Lianas and vines drape branches and traverse forest spaces, and act as highways for birds and insects. The return leg of the ride reveals the most dramatic portion of the trip as the cars glide on the breath-taking journey through and above the airy canopy. Transfer back to your hotel in San Jose for check in and overnight. Meals BL

7TH DAY • ARENAL VOLCANO
Late morning depart San Jose for a visit to the most spectacular active volcano in Costa Rica . Lunch in a quaint restaurant set amidst a tropical rainforest breaks up the 3 hour drive to the picturesque town of La Fortuna where you will get your first full view of this majestic volcano and, as the clouds lift, its awe-inspiring perfect cone. Arrival at Tabacon Hot Springs and Spa, an exclusive resort nestled at the base of mighty Arenal with a view of the Volcano towering in the background. Here, thermo-mineral springs flowing from Arenal run at a soothing 102 F through a maze of pools, waterfalls and exotic tropical gardens. On a clear day you may be rewarded with a magnificent display of fireworks as Arenal launches plumes of smoke and fire high into the darkening sky. After dinner we depart back to San Jose for overnight. Meals BLD
