Tours, Inc.- doing business as Sunny Land Tours or Sunny Land, -
constitutes a contractual agreement between you and Sunny Land, and
represents your acceptance of Sunny Land Terms & Conditions as
Your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received by Sunny Land and you receive a confirmation invoice and payment receipt. Reservations are subject to automatic cancellation if payment is not received by the date provided at the time of your reservation.
Deposits (Published Tour Rates):
A non-refundable $200 per person deposit is required at time of booking.
In some destinations and certain cases, additional deposit amounts may be required to satisfy airline-ticketing deadlines, select cruises, special land arrangements, special events, Christmas, New Year, Easter and local holidays, etc.
Galapagos – Non-refundable deposit $600 per person.
Russia – Non-refundable deposit $600 per person.
Payment in full is required for Christmas and New Year bookings
Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. In some destinations and certain cases, final payment deadline may be greater than 60 days in order to satisfy airline-ticketing deadlines, select cruises, special land arrangements, special events, Christmas, New Year, Easter, and local holidays, etc.
Galapagos Cruises – Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure.
Russia Cruises – Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure.
If we do not receive final
payment by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation, and
retain your deposit and any other additional payments, including Travel
Protection Plan payment. We are not
responsible for canceled land or air reservations in the event payment is not
received by the final payment date. For
reservations made with the final payment date of the booking, payment in full
is required at time of booking (i.e. - 60-90 days prior to departure)
Discounted Tour Rates:
Discounted Tour Rates require non-refundable payment by check – Travel Insurance Protection is highly recommended.
Non Refunded Payments:
Non Refunded payment is required for Holiday Travel dates, Religious Holiday dates, any other Overseas Special Events dates not limited to but including, Carnival, Conferences, Sports events, etc.
Cancellation Fees (Published Tour Rates):
Upon any cancellation, non-refundable deposits, prepaid Travel Protection Plan payments, payments made for airline tickets, including airline-imposed fees or penalties, are not refundable and will be retained by Sunny Land.
Cancellation for individual reservations, the following, per person cancellation fees apply:
Greater than 60 days of departure: Non-refundable deposit
- 60-30 days of departure: 50% penalty of total tour price.
- 29 days or less of departure: 100% penalty of total tour price.
The Galapagos and Russia:
- Greater than 90 days of departure: Non-refundable deposit
- 90-30 days of departure: 50% penalty of total tour price.
- 29 days or less of departure: 100% penalty of total tour price.
Once a reservation is under deposit, any changes are subject to a non-refundable fee of $50 per transaction. Airline penalties may also apply and result in additional charges up to 100% of the full ticket price. Change of passenger name, date or itinerary within final payment date will be subject to full cancellation and new reservation terms; cancellation charges and penalties as above will apply.
Last Minute, Late
booking, or Land-Only Bookings:
Bookings made less than 30 days of departure, or certain land-only bookings, are subject to a $50 per person transaction charge and immediate full payment required.
Group Bookings are governed by separate contracts and conditions.
Air Transportation and
Baggage Rules and Restrictions:
Scheduled-flights by IATA airline. Some airlines may impose additional charges if you choose to check any baggage. Click Airline Baggage for details and links to airline baggage rules and charges.
A valid passport is required of U.S. citizens for travel to all Sunny Land destinations and return to the U.S. Passport must have at least 6-months validity from return day of travel, and three blank pages remaining for documentation. Passengers traveling with other than U.S. passports and documentation must notify Sunny Land at time of booking and consult the country(s) of travel, the county of permanent residence, and country of citizenship. It is the passenger’s responsibility to check with their respective country’s Embassy or Consulate to verify and ensure proper documentation for entry to and exit from all destinations.
Procurement of a required Visa is the responsibility of the Traveler. Most countries do not require a Visa for U.S. Passport holders, other countries grant a Visa upon arrival for a fee. A few countries require an Entry Visa before arrival.

Sunny Land Tours highly recommends the purchase of the Travel Protection Plan to all travelers.

A complete program is offered throughout each tour as shown within the detailed itinerary. Entrance fees to places of interest and meals as outlined in the detailed itinerary where specified, are included in the tour cost.
Transfers are provided with tour designated flights. Private transfers will be charged separately.
Accommodations will be provided at listed hotels as indicated by the service category. All rooms provide private bath or shower. Occasionally, hotels listed may be substituted by others of a similar category at no extra cost to the passenger. All rates are per person based on double room occupancy.
All cabins are outside stateroom cabins with en-suite bathrooms. Shore excursions may be optional as described in the tour description. Occasionally, river cruise boats may be substituted by others of a similar category at no extra cost to the passenger. Single cabin occupancy on board cruise ships is available at a single supplement payment.
Snacks and meals are served on all transatlantic flights, and during cruises, and on all overnight tours. Other meals are as noted in each program itinerary.
Sunny Land reserves the right to change the itinerary whenever local conditions render it advisable or necessary. These events are beyond our control and Sunny Land will not be responsible for any loss or expense or inconvenience cause by reason of such changes.
The services of competent local guides and hosts are provided on all tours.
All gratuities and handling charges to hotel staff, porters, chambermaids and waiters are included. Tipping on board Egypt river cruise ships is $35 and is not included as customarily paid upon arrival. Tips for drivers, Tour Escort/Guide, and local guides are customary
- but not included.
Airline Taxes and Fees:
If the package includes Airline travel originating from a U.S. gateway city, all airline fuel charges, taxes and fees are included in the purchase price of the package. Other Airline reservations may be purchased separately from the package at additional charge as disclosed at the time of reservation. Airfare and airline taxes are subject to change until ticketed.
Sunny Land Tours is not responsible for any issues/costs resulting from delays or interruption in air transportation. Al such issues should be addressed directly with the airline.
Tour prices do not include items not specified above including meals not detailed in the tour, tips, laundry, phone and Internet access charges, optional excursions, Travel Protection Plan, mini-bar, alcohol, beverages, mineral water, excess baggage, and items of purely personal nature.
Other Airline Reservations:
Airline reservations not included in the package may be purchased separately from the package at an additional charge as disclosed at the time of reservation.
Foreign Airport and Port Taxes:
Foreign Departure Airport, Port Taxes and Border Taxes wherever levied are not included in Tour Rates.
Sunny Land Tours, Inc, in operating these land arrangements is responsible to the tour participants for supplying the services and accommodations offered to the participants as stated in the brochure. Sunny Land Tours, Inc., as tour operator, disclaims all liability for loss, damage or injury sustained in connection with services and accommodations provided by railroads, bus operators, local sight-seeing companies, tour operators, steamship companies, airlines, hotels and lodging facilities, all operating under the laws of the country in which these services are provided. Luggage is at owner's risk unless insured. The right to alter any land tour arrangement is reserved. Flights are provided by any IATA carrier, which cannot be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft. Cruise tickets when issued, constitute the sole contract between the carrier and the passenger. The carriers concerned are not in any event responsible for any act, omission or event, occurring during the time passengers are not aboard their plane, vessels or other conveyances. Should any claim or controversy arise out of this agreement, the courts of Flagler County, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear the same. The laws of the State of Florida shall control all such disputes.
Indemnification, Waiver, and Release: By submitting the Reservation form and accepting and participating on this trip, the clients, personal representatives, successors, assigns, heirs, legal representatives, and next of kin agree to indemnify and hold Sunny Land Tours, Inc. harmless and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively Sunny Land Tours) from and against any and all rights and/or claims that may have for any loss or damage arising out of or in any way related to, directly or indirectly, during the trip. Specifically, this Waiver and Release is intended to include, but not be limited to, any injuries, loss, or damage that may be caused by the negligence of Sunny Land in sponsoring and/or organizing this trip. Should any claim or controversy arise out of this agreement, the courts of Flagler County, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear same. In addition, the laws of the State of Florida shall control such dispute.
